KKday, VinWonders, and Sun World drive tourism digitalization

The strategic partnership aims to develop new products and enhance the competitiveness of Vietnamese tourism in the international market.

The signing ceremony took place on 20/3 in Hanoi, with the participation of Chen Ming Ming, CEO and Chairman of KKday Group; Nguyen Thao Anh, Managing Director of KKday Vietnam; and representatives from VinWonders and Sun World, which are part of Sun Hospitality & Entertainment Group of Sun Group.

The year 2026 marks the fifth year of strategic cooperation between the parties since their agreement signed in 2022. In this new phase, the businesses plan to continue researching and developing tourism products, with the goal of expanding the international inbound market to Vietnam.

According to a KKday representative, the cooperation aims to diversify visitor experiences while enhancing Vietnam's tourism competitiveness in an increasingly vibrant regional landscape. The parties will also accelerate the application of technology in distribution, enabling visitors to access destination information and book online services more conveniently.

Over the past five years, KKday has collaborated with its two partners to bring many domestic tourism products closer to both local and international visitors. Nguyen Thao Anh stated that in 2026, the company will focus on new inbound tourism markets. Concurrently, the company will enhance the application of technology in promotion and distribution to improve access to experiences in Vietnam.

Through the KKday platform, visitors can choose from destinations within the Sun Hospitality & Entertainment Group ecosystem in Da Nang, Sa Pa, Ha Long, Phu Quoc, Vung Tau, and Tay Ninh. This is complemented by experience services at VinWonders amusement park systems in Phu Quoc, Nha Trang, and Nam Hoi An, offering diverse choices.

Beyond product development, the parties are focusing on the digitalization of the inbound tourism ecosystem. KKday's technology platform supports attractions and entertainment areas by providing services to list products on online distribution channels, reaching an international customer network while optimizing real-time ticket inventory and booking data management.

This increased digitalization is expected to help local tourism businesses improve operational capacity, expand their market reach, and gradually integrate into the smart tourism ecosystem. The collaboration is anticipated to further contribute to broader international access for Vietnamese tourism products, simultaneously enhancing the destination's standing in the region.
