The Tra Ly pink lotus is known for its large blooms, measuring 15-20 cm in diameter when open. Its layered petals taper to a point, displaying a dark pink hue on the outside that gradually lightens towards the center. When fully open, the flower elegantly embraces a fresh yellow lotus seedpod.

Hundreds of visitors arrive daily to capture photos and enjoy the tranquil scenery. The ideal time for viewing and photography at Tra Ly pond is from 6 to 9h in the morning, when dew still adorns the flowers and leaves. According to local farmers, this year's favorable weather, a mix of sun and rain, has led to consistently beautiful, thick-petaled blooms that last longer. The flowers are at their most beautiful between 6-8h, before gradually closing as the sun rises.

The Tra Ly lotus pond is vast, but paths (pictured) crisscross each section, allowing visitors to easily move around and find ideal photo angles. Photographers highlight the pond's allure, attributing it to its expansive area, spanning tens of hectares, and its preserved natural beauty. Lotuses grow in large clusters at the foot of the mountains, interspersed with small paths and water, adding depth to photographs.

Many visitors arrive at the lotus pond from 5h to capture sunrise photos and avoid crowds. Ao dai and traditional costumes are the most popular attire choices for photography.
