The International Food Festival 2025, themed "Trip of Flavors – A journey of flavors across five continents," aims to honor culinary culture and promote cultural diplomacy. The event provides a platform to foster international cooperation and promote Vietnam's image.
During her visit, Ngo Phuong Ly, spouse of General Secretary To Lam, toured the fair's booths. Her first stop was the section featuring traditional Hanoi green rice cakes (banh com) and other local delicacies.

The Russian ambassador presented traditional Russian dishes.
This year's festival features 128 booths from 50 embassies, 20 local foreign affairs agencies, eight units of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, various businesses, and international organizations.

Beyond the booths, the festival also hosts performances like "Culinary Diary Without Borders," "Flavors of Vietnam," and an interactive "A journey of flavors across five continents" experience.

Organizers estimate the event will welcome nearly 20,000 visitors to savor the cuisine.
The festival is open from 9 AM to 8 PM on 22-23/11 at the Diplomatic Corps Area, 298 Kim Ma, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.
