Flight 9G502 departed from Phu Quoc International Airport at 11:55 and landed at Hong Kong International Airport at 15:45 (local time). On the return journey, the airline welcomed nearly 200 passengers from Hong Kong to Phu Quoc at 18:35.

On the inaugural day of operation, passengers arriving in Phu Quoc received a welcome at the airport and souvenir gifts featuring the sun symbol from the airline. Amanda Lee, a traveler from Hong Kong, expressed satisfaction with the flight's service quality. "The seats were new and clean, the cabin crew were attentive, and the food was delicious", she said.
Another traveler, Jason Lam, stated he chose the flight due to its convenient schedule and was impressed by the airline's consistent experience. "From check-in to boarding, everything was quick, comfortable, and professional. I appreciate how the airline integrates a resort service style into the flight journey", he shared.

According to an airline representative, the consecutive launch of three international routes to Taipei, Seoul, and Hong Kong in a short period demonstrates the airline's continuous efforts in its "Rise to the World" strategy.
Sun PhuQuoc Airways plans to further expand its routes to Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, India, and eventually intercontinental routes to Europe and the Middle East, gradually realizing its goal of helping Phu Quoc become Vietnam's third international aviation gateway.
