Sky Family Trading and Tourism Services Company Limited incurred the highest penalty, exceeding 215 million dong. Authorities determined the company engaged in selling goods without issuing invoices, tax evasion, and executing labor contracts with incomplete information, contrary to regulations.
Danang Guide Man Company Limited was fined 64 million dong for failing to adhere to statistical reporting regulations and not fully meeting the specified conditions for travel service operations under the Tourism Law.
The Da Nang Branch of Au Lac Investment and Tourism Company Limited received a 30 million dong fine for employing two foreign workers in positions not aligned with their labor permits.
Following the inspection results, the Da Nang City Inspectorate recommended that the Chairman of the City People's Committee instruct relevant departments to strengthen oversight of international travel activities. Specifically, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism was urged to increase inspections to prevent illegal tours and to collaborate with police and other agencies in reviewing foreign labor employment.
The tax sector has been assigned to intensify checks on invoices, documents, declarations, and tax payments. This measure aims to prevent budget revenue loss and foster a transparent, healthy tourism business environment.
The Da Nang City Inspectorate stated that the strict enforcement against these violations aims to restore order in travel business operations and safeguard the city's tourism image.
