The program includes an up to 15% discount, direct gift vouchers (terms and conditions apply), and a free drink voucher at the lounge. The lounge offer is valid at Myeongdong and World Travel Tower branches with a minimum purchase of one USD, limited to one drink.

A Vietjet representative stated that the partnership program with Lotte Duty Free is part of a series of activities to enhance passenger experience, aiming to provide a more complete journey from air to ground.

Additionally, the airline implements the Vietjet SkyJoy loyalty program, offering opportunities for lucky draws and accumulating points for rewards from Vietjet and over 250 major brands across travel, dining, and shopping sectors.
