Born from a passion for Vietnamese cuisine, Vietnam House Restaurant celebrates nine years of operation by introducing new menus at its two locations: Dong Khoi and Union Square. The Dong Khoi establishment offers a tribute set menu that explores flavors from Vietnam's three regions. Meanwhile, at Union Square, familiar dishes are reimagined through a blend of ingredients, cooking techniques, and contemporary presentation.

The menu begins with a four-flavor wagyu beef salad, served with crispy shrimp crackers. This is followed by slow-cooked tiger abalone, paired with spicy shrimp satay sauce, sim chili, and caviar, inspired by central Vietnamese flavors. French pigeon soup, rolled with minced pork, offers a northern Vietnamese touch with its clear broth, combined with reishi mushrooms and cordyceps.

The menu continues with steamed red grouper, cooked to preserve its natural juiciness and sweetness, served with glass noodles, shiitake mushrooms, and bok choy. This dish comes with X.O. sauce lotus seed fried rice. The meal concludes with a multi-layered chocolate cake served with chili ice cream, blending the bitter-sweetness of chocolate with a subtle spicy finish.
At the Union Square branch, Vietnam House Restaurant presents a contemporary Vietnamese culinary menu, combining familiar ingredients with new cooking techniques and presentations.

One of the highlights is the green mango and soft-shell crab salad, which combines the tangy taste of green mango with crispy fried soft-shell crab. The crab mini savory pancakes are a variation featuring fresh crab meat, green beans, and coconut milk. Japanese snow pork with coffee sauce, served with mashed lotus seeds, blends the rich flavor of grain-fed pork with coffee sauce and lotus seeds. Meanwhile, the Ca Mau crab noodle soup uses characteristic ingredients from the southern region, notable for its sweet crab broth.

According to a restaurant representative, the 9th anniversary menu is a gesture of gratitude to the diners who have supported Vietnam House Restaurant over the years. "Despite having two different styles, both the Dong Khoi and Union Square locations aim to showcase Vietnamese cuisine through local ingredients, combined with preparation and presentation styles that align with contemporary culinary trends," the representative stated.
Located in the heart of TP HCM, Vietnam House Restaurant currently operates two contemporary Vietnamese dining spaces. The Dong Khoi branch, situated at the corner of Dong Khoi and Mac Thi Buoi streets, boasts classic French colonial architecture and has been honored as Michelin Selected consecutively from the 2023-2026 period. In contrast, the Union Square branch, which opened in March at the Union Square building, adopts a modern design style, offering additional experiences such as afternoon tea, a Champagne Bar, and VIP rooms for meetings and entertaining guests.
