British media reported on 21/9, citing informed sources, that Harry and Meghan might soon bring their two children, Archie and Lilibet, back to live in California, US, within the next few weeks. This consideration comes after one month back in the UK, partly due to concerns over security.

Mirror reported that after leaving the royal family, the British government rejected Prince Harry's request for security protection. The Royal and VIP Executive Committee (Ravec), responsible for overseeing dignitary protection in the UK, recently met to discuss the level of police protection for Harry and Meghan, as their two children have become residents there.

According to Daily Mail, sources close to the couple stated that Harry and Meghan might move back to California if Ravec's review does not favor them. A friend of Harry also said that if the family is not granted security protection while in the UK, they could return to live in the US, potentially as early as their children's upcoming half-term break.

Harry and Meghan previously caused a stir when they brought their two children back to the UK in August, after six years of leaving the royal family and moving to live in the US. At the time, they were reportedly planning to stay in the UK "for a long period" and had enrolled their children in a local school.

However, just two days after enrollment, they moved their children to another school due to security concerns during drop-offs and pick-ups. A spokesperson for Harry and Meghan stated that the family's security team made the decision to change schools after discussions.

Earl Charles Spencer, brother of the late Princess Diana, also expressed concern that Harry "did not have any police protection". He stated, "I am concerned that the fifth in line to the throne, who served in the military, is not receiving police protection. As an uncle who witnessed his sister's death in circumstances that could have been entirely preventable, I lean towards the view that Harry needs protection."

Harry and Meghan have not responded to this information. Despite Meghan posting a video on Instagram showing everyday moments of the family while living in the UK, she has avoided publicly appearing before the media. On 21/9, Harry attended the annual WellChild Awards charity event in London, but Meghan did not accompany her husband.
