On 31/3, former US President Donald Trump shared a video on Truth Social detailing plans for the Donald J Trump Presidential Library. A presidential library is a structure built after a White House occupant leaves office to honor their legacy.
The future library's lobby will prominently display an Air Force One presidential jet, alongside several other military aircraft models.
The video, appearing to be AI-generated, showcased exterior and interior views of a skyscraper situated by a marina. The structure prominently features the TRUMP logo on its top floor, similar to his other properties.
The design reveals columned hallways inside the building, reminiscent of the White House's West Wing, an auditorium, and a large ballroom whose design closely mirrors the ongoing East Wing renovation project undertaken by Mr. Trump.
The video also depicted a replica of the Oval Office with modern decor. Inside the building, a large auditorium features a golden statue on its stage, resembling Mr. Trump raising his right fist.
In 2025, the US government received a Boeing from Qatar, valued at approximately 400 million USD. This aircraft was then converted and added to the presidential fleet. According to informed sources at the time, authorities planned to transfer this aircraft to the presidential library fund after Mr. Trump's term concluded.
Eric Trump, son of President Trump, stated he has dedicated himself to the project over the past six months. In an interview with ABC, Mr. Trump praised his son's plan as having a beautiful design and personally rated it "5 stars".

The library and museum complex is likely to incorporate hotel functions. However, President Trump does not wish to commence the project until his term concludes. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis stated in September 2025 that the building would be located in a prime area near Miami's seaport.
The layout of the Trump Presidential Library project shares similarities with the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in California, which also displays a Boeing that once served in the Air Force One fleet.
To date, President Trump has not disclosed the necessary funding for his library and museum project. The original non-profit organization, established to build the library, dissolved in 2025 without releasing financial reports. The new organization has yet to provide any information.
