"This year marks a significant milestone in our roadmap to expand operations and strengthen the brand's presence in Vietnam", a company representative stated. BYD aims to expand its ecosystem of products, technology, and customer services amid the growing development of electric and new energy vehicles in Vietnam.
At the event, BYD introduced a series of new technologies it plans to bring to the market, including a new battery generation and ultrafast charging technology. These advancements aim to enhance electric vehicle efficiency and address user needs regarding charging time and operational performance.
"Continuous investment in battery technology and charging systems is considered fundamental for BYD to build a competitive advantage in the global new energy vehicle market. When implemented in Vietnam, these technologies will contribute to expanding the product ecosystem and improving the electric vehicle user experience", the company representative added.

This year, BYD expects to launch 4 new car models, adding to its existing range of all-electric sedans, SUVs, and MPVs. In the coming period, BYD will establish 7 new distributors in areas such as Hanoi, Thai Nguyen, Hung Yen, TP HCM, Can Tho, and more. This month, the company announced it will host approximately 100 customer events, including test drives, technology experiences, community engagement, and customer care.

"With a continuously expanding distributor network, an increasingly diverse product portfolio, and new battery and fast-charging technologies, BYD is steadily building the foundation for its next phase of development", a BYD Vietnam representative stated.
