Ferrari states the project's aim was to merge the brand's final non-electrified V8 engine from the F8 with a forward-looking design. This design reflects recent flagship models like the 12Cilindri and F80, reinterpreting the aesthetic of the "prancing horse" brand's mid-rear engine convertibles.
The HC25 measures 147 mm longer, 27 mm wider, and 23 mm lower than the F8. A distinctive horizontal black stripe wraps around the body, starting from the engine cover and extending downwards. This stripe visually divides the car's body and emphasizes the rear fenders. An aluminum bar protrudes from the side air intake, functioning as a door handle.
Aggressive LED headlights, reminiscent of the SF90, extend with a boomerang-shaped LED strip along the front bumper. Slim LED taillights are integrated into the ventilation ducts, complemented by a large diffuser and dual exhaust pipes.
The new HC25 supercar features a matte moonstone gray paint finish with glossy black accents and yellow details on the logos and brake calipers. It rides on specially designed 20-inch 5-spoke wheels with a diamond-cut finish.
The interior inherits the F8's cabin design. It features leather and sports seats adorned with yellow accent details.

Powering the HC25 is a 3,9-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, delivering 710 horsepower and 770 Nm of peak torque. This power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, without any mild-hybrid assistance. The supercar accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 2,9 seconds, reaches 0-200 km/h in 8,2 seconds, and boasts a top speed of 340 km/h.
Ferrari has not disclosed the price of the HC25. This model marks the third supercar built on the F8 platform, following the SP49 Unica in 2022 and the SP-8 roadster in 2023.
