The project is based on the high-performance Cullinan Black Badge SUV. Rolls-Royce stated that Cyril Kongo directly participated in the design process with the Bespoke Collective team at the Rolls-Royce factory in England, influencing both the exterior and interior of the vehicles.

Vietnamese-French artist Cyril Kongo.
Cyril Kongo, whose real name is Cyril Phan, was born in 1969 to a Vietnamese father and a French mother. In 1975, he moved to Congo, where he began pursuing graffiti at 18 years old. Subsequently, the artist collaborated with luxury brands such as Chanel, Hermes, Daum, and Richard Mille.
All five vehicles feature a black interior base with contrasting color accents. Graffiti details appear in various areas, including the starlight headliner, dashboard, picnic tables, and the space between the two rear seats. Each car has a unique layout and pattern, meticulously hand-painted by Cyril Kongo.
Rolls-Royce uses 19 pieces of wood veneer for each vehicle. The Interior Surface Centre prepares these details before the artist completes them using various painting techniques. Afterward, the surfaces receive 10 layers of lacquer and are hand-polished. The interior cabin is divided into four color zones: Phoenix Red, Turchese Blue, Forge Yellow, and Mandarin Orange. These colors appear on the seats, stitching, seat piping, the RR logo on the headrests, and the lamb's wool floor mats.
A highlight of the collection is the Starlight Headliner, featuring 1,344 fiber optic lights. Cyril Kongo added illustrations of planets, constellations, and symbols inspired by quantum physics to the headliner surface. Rolls-Royce stated that each vehicle has a unique combination of light colors and eight shooting star effects, including a continuous light streak across the entire headliner, a detail appearing for the first time on a Rolls-Royce.
The car's exterior features Blue Crystal Over Black paint, which displays a blue sheen under sunlight. Rolls-Royce also applied a gradient coachline on the Cullinan for the first time. On the left side, the color band transitions from red to yellow, while on the right, it shifts from orange to blue. Cyril Kongo's signature symbol appears on the coachline, the bespoke umbrellas, and the illuminated treadplates. The 23-inch wheels of the Black Badge version feature four different colored brake calipers, corresponding to the interior colors.
In the US, the Cullinan Black Badge starts at around 500,000 USD. With options or personalization, the price can significantly exceed this base figure. In Vietnam, the Black Badge Cullinan version is officially distributed with a starting price of around 42 billion VND. All five of these Cullinan models have already been sold.
