Honda Vietnam is implementing a new promotion this August, offering significant registration fee equivalent discounts and an extended warranty program for its City, BR-V, and HR-V models.

Buyers of the Honda City L and BR-V L versions will receive a 100% registration fee discount. The Honda BR-V G and HR-V L versions come with a 50% discount. Additionally, all these models qualify for preferential, fixed interest rates from 6,9% to 7,2% for the first 12 months, available through banking partners VP Bank and VIB.

Starting 1/8, Honda Vietnam is launching an extended warranty program for new vehicles registered from this date and for existing vehicles in operation for less than 10 years, provided they meet specific company conditions. Vehicles participating in this program will initially receive a standard warranty for the first three years or 100.000 km. This can then be extended up to 10 years or 170.000 km if regular maintenance is performed according to company standards throughout the vehicle's lifespan.

For new models registered from 1/8, owners must complete periodic maintenance with genuine parts every six months or 5.000 km during the standard warranty period. For the extended warranty phase (years four to 10 or up to 170.000 km), owners must maintain the same periodic servicing schedule.

For Honda vehicles currently in operation for less than 10 years, users must also complete maintenance with genuine parts every six months or 5.000 km. Each time a full service is performed according to company standards, the vehicle's warranty period will automatically extend for an additional six months or 5.000 km. The Japanese company stated that for eligible vehicles, this extension package will activate until the vehicle reaches 10 years or 170.000 km.

Beyond these programs, customers who purchase a new vehicle or use official repair services from 5/6 to 31/8 can participate in a prize wheel program. This program features prizes with a total value exceeding 7 billion VND, including: six Honda SH 125i scooters, 12 Air Blade 125 scooters, 18 Honda Vision scooters, and over 11.500 gifts and service vouchers.

The promotion highlights several Honda models, each offering unique features and safety technologies.

The Honda City in Vietnam features a sportier, distinctive design and is equipped with the honda sensing safety driver-assist technology suite across all versions. Notable features include: newly designed wheels, leather upholstery (RS and L versions), and the honda connect system (RS version). Honda's B-segment sedan was recognized as the "most loved car in the 500-700 million VND low-clearance segment" by Otofun.

The BR-V is designed by the Japanese company to combine the character of an SUV with the versatility of an MPV. It is powered by a 1,5 VTEC engine producing 119 horsepower. The vehicle includes the honda sensing technology suite and the honda lanewatch system in the L version. The BR-V achieved a 5-star safety rating in ASEAN NCAP crash tests.

The HR-V, launched in 4/2025, is equipped with a 1,5 i-VTEC naturally aspirated engine in the L and G versions, delivering 119 horsepower and 145 Nm of torque. All HR-V versions in Vietnam come standard with the honda sensing safety driver-assist technology system.
