Korean automaker Kia introduced the 2026 Syros for the Indian market. The 2026 Syros is a facelifted version with design refinements, added features, and new variants.
In India, the Syros is positioned between the Sonet and Seltos. The vehicle is offered in 7 variants, with a choice of petrol or diesel engines. Transmission options include manual, automatic, or dual-clutch. The 2026 Syros is priced from 8,900 to 16,900 USD.
The new Syros features revised design, new, more aggressive front and rear bumpers, and additional aerodynamic elements. It is equipped with new LED fog lights, upgraded LED brake lights, refreshed side skirts, newly designed 17-inch alloy wheels, and banana-yellow painted brake calipers. The Korean automaker added three new exterior colors.

In addition to exterior changes, Kia revised the variants with four new ones, offering Indian customers a total of 7 options. Engine choices include a 1.0 petrol engine producing 118 horsepower or a 1.5 diesel engine producing 114 horsepower. The vehicle uses manual, automatic, or dual-clutch transmissions.
The interior remains unchanged, featuring a design inspired by its sibling, the EV3. The dashboard is minimalist with a 30-inch screen cluster, including a 12-inch instrument cluster, a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen, and a 5-inch screen for the air conditioning system. The infotainment screen supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.
Safety features are consistent with the previous version, including an advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) suite with multiple functions: forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, front cross-traffic alert, lane keeping assist, lane centering assist, driver distraction warning, and blind spot monitoring.
The Korean automaker's high-riding vehicle competes with rivals such as the Tata Nexon, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Hyundai Venue, and Skoda Kylaq.
