The Japanese luxury automaker adopts a multi-sensory approach within each Lexus, engaging sight, sound, touch, and smell to connect with occupants' emotions. A key aspect of this is the musical experience, achieved through its partnership with American speaker manufacturer Mark Levinson.
"A shared resonance in valuing emotion brought Lexus and Mark Levinson together, enabling them to create new standards for in-car audio experiences, allowing music to deeply touch emotions," a company representative stated.

Mark Levinson, a musician and sound engineer, founded his namesake brand in 1972 with the ambition to recreate authentic sound. It gradually became a leading personal luxury audio brand. According to a Lexus Vietnam representative, the impressive sound insulation capabilities of Lexus vehicles captivated Mark Levinson's engineering team, leading to an exclusive strategic partnership in 1998. The 2001 LS 430 was the first Lexus model to feature their sound system. Since then, the musical experience provided by Mark Levinson audio has remained a highlight of every Lexus vehicle.
Mark Levinson sound experts collaborate with the Lexus team from the initial development phase of each vehicle. This ensures that every detail is meticulously calculated based on acoustic structure, encompassing four core elements: spectral, spatial, dynamics, and integrity.
For instance, when installing a woofer in the rear door of the Lexus LM, the Mark Levinson team reinforced the materials and structure of the plastic panel to eliminate abnormal vibrations. Each specific Lexus model receives its own fine-tuned audio system, ensuring optimal sound quality. A company representative emphasized, "In the Lexus world, sound is not merely heard; it is felt, touched, and lived with."

The music night drew inspiration from the ginkgo leaf, a tree symbolizing Japanese autumn, to unfold an emotional journey and guide listeners. Musician Duc Tri, alongside artists My Linh, My Anh, Van Mai Huong, Anh Tu, Lan Nha, and Ha An Huy, delivered a blend of classical and modern musical experiences.
Through this event, Lexus aims to redefine luxury, positioning itself as the preferred choice for high-end customers embracing the "quiet luxury" trend. This approach focuses not on overt display, but on precise, refined moments.

"It is similar to the feeling of stepping into the quiet cabin of Lexus luxury vehicles, leaning back into the soft, smooth leather crafted by Japanese Takumi artisans, and listening to a favorite song through the Mark Levinson audio system to evoke the deepest emotions," a company representative explained. "Lexus always aims to personalize customer experience. True luxury is defined by feeling, not by external glamour or ostentation."
