The aforementioned luxury car and motorcycle brands were previously distributed in Vietnam by CT Wearnes Vietnam, a subsidiary of Wearnes Automotive Pte. Ltd. (Singapore). Over a four-year period, from 2023 to 2026, all five brands managed by CT Wearnes, including Lamborghini, are transitioning to new distributors or service providers.

CT Wearnes Vietnam had distributed Lamborghini since 2014. In 2023, S&S Automotive, the automotive division of the S&S Group, took over the business operations for the Italian supercar brand. In 7/2026, S&S Automotive announced the launch of official after-sales services for Aston Martin in Vietnam, though this does not include the distribution of new vehicles for the British brand.

A source from VnExpress indicated that CT Wearnes Vietnam is no longer the distributor for Aston Martin. The British sports car manufacturer's website currently does not list an official distributor in Vietnam.

In late 8/2026, Bentley, another British luxury brand, also changed its distributor. Pon Phu Thai Mobility (PPTMG), a joint venture between Pon Holdings and Phu Thai Holdings, assumed Bentley's business operations from CT Wearnes Vietnam. Bentley has been present in Vietnam since 2014.

Bentley's new distributor confirmed that the transition process has not affected the brand's business or after-sales operations. The British luxury brand currently operates one new car showroom in TP HCM and a service center in Hanoi.

Bentley was the top-selling luxury brand in Vietnam during the first half of 2026. Data collected by VnExpress shows that Bentley recorded 15 new and re-registered vehicles, a decrease of one unit compared to the same period in 2025. This sales figure is nearly four times higher than that of Roll-Royce.

PPTMG is also the current importer and distributor for Land Rover in Vietnam. Pon Holdings, a Netherlands-based group, holds a 75% stake in PPTMG and also has a controlling interest in Automotive Asia and Lien A Quoc Te, which are the official importer and distributor for Audi in Vietnam, respectively. Audi, Land Rover, and Bentley are all part of the German Volkswagen AG group.

In the motorcycle segment, CT Wearnes Vietnam had distributed Ducati since 2020. In 2025, Tram Anh Motorsports (TAMS) assumed distribution rights for the motorcycle brand. Royal Enfield, the Indian motorcycle manufacturer, began sales in Vietnam in 2022. Also in 2025, TAMS took over Royal Enfield distribution from the previous company.
