Amidst a C-segment sedan market largely focused on practicality, the Lynk & Co 03 stands out with its distinct sporty design and driving experience. This Lynk & Co model aims to revive interest in low-slung sedans that prioritize driving feel, a segment that has faded due to the industry-wide trend towards higher ground clearance vehicles.

The Lynk & Co 03's sporty character originates from its racing heritage. Over 7 years in the FIA World Touring Car Cup (WTCR), the 03 TCR, driven by the Cyan Racing team, secured 9 major titles, according to the company's announcement.
The WTCR is a racing series for upgraded commercial vehicles, sanctioned by the Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA).

The 03 TCR's racing success inspired Lynk & Co to translate its performance into the commercial version. From aggressive styling to aerodynamic lines and speed, the Lynk & Co 03 embodies a unique sporty spirit in its segment.
The Lynk & Co 03 features a low and wide front end, with a body that appears to lean forward, conveying a dynamic and athletic feel. Its Aurora Borealis daytime running lights are uniquely positioned on the hood, complementing the grille and the powerful forms of the front bumper. This design gives the Lynk & Co 03 the appearance of a high-performance vehicle.

A small integrated spoiler at the rear enhances downforce at high speeds. The car features dual exhaust tips and a rear bumper with multiple airflow guiding channels, a common design element on pure sports sedans. Compared to the 03 TCR or the high-performance 03+ models, the 03's design is less aggressive, yet it establishes a strong sporty identity suitable for daily driving.
Inside the cabin, the racing theme continues with sport-style front seats and a flat-bottom steering wheel. The interior is adorned with suede and contrasting stitching. The cockpit is oriented towards the driver, featuring a 15,4-inch central display and a 12,3-inch instrument cluster.
The Lynk & Co 03 is built on CMA, Volvo's renowned chassis platform, which is well-suited for high-performance powertrains. The vehicle's frame is reinforced with high-strength steel, providing torsional rigidity and high stability during high-speed driving, cornering, and braking.

Both new versions of the Lynk & Co 03 sports sedan are powered by a 1,5-liter turbocharged engine, delivering a maximum output of 174 horsepower at 5.500 revolutions per minute. Peak torque is 290 Nm, available from 2.000 to 3.500 revolutions per minute. It pairs with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch automatic transmission. Compared to its segment rivals, the 03's performance ranks among the leaders.
The performance level of the new 03 versions is set to be more suitable for daily driving. The suspension system has also been refined by the manufacturer, offering a ride that is not as stiff or purely performance-oriented as previous versions.
Safety technology is another strength of the Lynk & Co 03, featuring a long list of driver assistance features: electronic stability control, cruise control, hill start assist, tire pressure warning, and a 360-degree camera. All these features are standard across both new 03 versions.
