The incident, which occurred on 26/5 on Truong Van Linh street, involved a motorcyclist who, without observing traffic, wove between two cars stopped at a red light to cross the road. At that moment, an oncoming car collided with the front of the motorcycle. The rider fell onto the road but fortunately was able to stand up after the impact.
