A woman was severely injured on 13/5 when a height restriction barrier, struck by a truck, collapsed and hit her at the entrance of a residential area in Bac An city, Hop Ha city, Heilongjiang province.

Surveillance video captured the incident, showing the woman walking alone on the sidewalk. As a truck approached the entrance, its cargo box collided with the height restriction barrier. The impact caused the barrier to break and violently swing, striking the woman. She immediately fell face down and lay motionless, further impacted when a moto parked nearby toppled onto her.

Immediately following the collision, a passenger from the truck rushed to the woman's aid, lifting the fallen moto off her. The truck driver also quickly exited his vehicle and called for assistance.

The swift and unexpected nature of the incident, unfolding in mere seconds, left many witnesses shaken. "Who could imagine?" one person commented. "She was walking normally, doing nothing wrong, yet disaster struck."
