The incident occurred at a deserted intersection around noon. Two motorcyclists, approaching from perpendicular directions at high speed, collided. Both riders fell to the ground. One, in significant pain, quickly moved to the roadside, while the other got up and left. The abandoned victim stated, "The impact resulted in two broken ribs and a lung injury. As I collapsed in pain, the other person chose to pick up their motorcycle and flee instead of checking on me or offering assistance. Today, I feel less pain, but the scar from that person's behavior remains. I hope they will be more responsible on the road in the future."
Motorists must reduce speed and observe carefully at intersections, even when the road is empty, to anticipate any unexpected situations. In the unfortunate event of an accident, regardless of who is at fault, it is crucial to preserve the scene and assist any injured parties. Fleeing the scene is unacceptable.
