Volkswagen Vietnam launches five new dealerships

Volkswagen Vietnam's new dealerships, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Thanh Hoa, and Dong Nai, include facilities built to the brand's latest global Urban Store standard.

Nguyen Hoang Minh Tien, general director of Volkswagen Vietnam, stated that expanding the dealer network to bring the brand's vehicles closer to customers is a strategic priority for Volkswagen in the Vietnamese market.

"The synchronous development of our dealer system reinforces our long-term commitment and marks a significant step in our market expansion strategy, bringing high-quality products and services closer to customers nationwide," Tien said.

In Vietnam, Volkswagen is focusing on promoting its premium SUV and MPV lines, including models like the Viloran, Tiguan, Teramont Limited Edition, Teramont President, Teramont X, Golf, and Touareg. In the future, the company plans to distribute new energy vehicles (NEVs) in line with global trends.

The five new Volkswagen dealerships opened in early August, bringing the German automaker's total to 20 nationwide after about 10 years of operation in Vietnam. Among them, Volkswagen An Phu, Golden, and Khanh Hoi in Ho Chi Minh City are designed according to the Urban Store standard.

Following the Urban Store model, Volkswagen An Phu boasts a global-standard service center located at 507C Vo Nguyen Giap, An Khanh ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The showroom can display six vehicles, including the brand's latest models. It features a 50 m2 vehicle delivery area and a 60 m2 lounge for customers. The 1,100 m2 maintenance area is equipped with modern, European-imported equipment.

Volkswagen Golden is located at 922 Nguyen Trai, Cho Lon ward, Ho Chi Minh City, a densely populated area. The showroom can display five car models and includes a dedicated area for featured vehicles. There’s a separate 50 m2 vehicle delivery room and a 40 m2 lounge with a display area for Volkswagen accessories and souvenirs. Two configuration areas feature digital screens showcasing products and technologies.

Volkswagen Khanh Hoi, located at 384 Hoang Dieu, Khanh Hoi ward, Ho Chi Minh City, will officially open in August and is designed according to global Volkswagen standards. This showroom can display five car models, with a prominent area for the main model line, incorporating the brand's new welcome wall. Both the vehicle delivery room and lounge area are 50 m2.

The showroom has a total area of 700 m2 in phase one, with phase two planned to expand to 4,000 m2 – promising to be the brand's largest dealership. It will display the full range of Volkswagen vehicles currently available in Vietnam, along with a global-standard service center.

Volkswagen also opened its first 4S dealership in Dong Nai, located at 643 Xa Lo Ha Noi, Long Binh ward. This 400 m2 dealership can display six car models and includes a 500 m2 service center equipped to meet the German brand's standards.

To mark the openings, Volkswagen Vietnam launched two new versions of the Touareg: the Highline and R-Line, bringing the SUV's total options to four. The Touareg Highline is priced at 3,099 billion VND and the R-Line at 3,399 billion VND. The two standard versions, Elegance and Luxury, are priced at 2,368 and 2,768 billion VND, respectively.
