I encountered a situation where two cars ahead collided. I was driving behind them and managed to brake in time, stopping close to the car in front. However, I could not steer to another lane to avoid the accident and had to reverse before I could change lanes.
In another instance, I was behind a vehicle experiencing issues in an electronic toll collection (ETC) lane. That vehicle took a long time to resolve its problem, and a staff member instructed me to reverse my car into another lane to pass through the toll booth.
In such unavoidable reversing situations, will I receive a traffic camera fine if a camera or someone records the incident?
Thank you, and I wish everyone safe driving during the Tet holiday.
