Third-party logistics (3PL) provider has announced a three-year partnership with global health-focused food brand Good Good. This collaboration aims to support Good Good's growth in the United Kingdom market through a multi-channel fulfillment model.
Under the agreement, 3PL will manage fulfillment operations across multiple channels: direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce, Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP), and wholesale distribution into the Holland & Barrett system.
Good Good joins 3PL's expanding food and beverage client portfolio as a 3PL Flex customer, leveraging flexible warehousing solutions to serve both direct retail and B2B channels simultaneously. 3PL's certified warehousing system, which includes the fulfilment house due diligence scheme (FHDDS) and ISO 9001 quality management standard, was a key factor in Good Good's partner selection.

Additionally, 3PL's ability to process orders six days a week for Amazon SFP helps meet the increasing expectations of UK consumers. Steve Rigby, 3PL's Head of Fulfillment and Logistics, stated that becoming the sole logistics partner for both D2C and B2B channels simplifies operations and enhances supply chain reliability.
The company's 3PL Fusion technology platform integrates directly with Good Good's systems, enabling seamless order processing and real-time inventory updates. This supports Good Good in maintaining efficient stock levels and focusing on growth.
