VinFast VFX service centers extend operating hours

The VinFast VFX showroom network in TP HCM extends its operating hours until midnight to accommodate customer vehicle maintenance and repair needs.

A representative from the VinFast VFX showroom system stated that customers increasingly prefer evening hours for vehicle maintenance and repair services. This trend is driven by the rise in personal vehicle ownership, particularly electric vehicles, in major cities. Consequently, the company has adjusted its service hours to meet these evolving customer demands.

Specifically, the VinFast 3S VFX Thu Duc service center will operate from 8:00 AM to midnight, monday to saturday, and until 9:00 PM on sunday. Ha Khanh, head of service at VFX Thu Duc, noted that this change reflects evolving customer vehicle usage patterns.

"Beyond quality, customers prioritize convenience for car maintenance and repair. For evening needs, they often opt for routine maintenance, quick checks, or basic issue resolution, ensuring their vehicle is ready for operation the next morning," he explained. "For more complex items, customers still schedule appointments in advance to guarantee processing time and technical quality."

According to Ha Khanh, extending service hours requires the center to maintain consistent staff quality and technical procedures across all shifts. From an operational standpoint, Nguyen Duy Doan, chief operating officer of VFX, believes that automotive service is shifting from a workshop-centric hourly model to one that aligns with customer timeframes and needs.

"Implementing 24h service hours allows customers to proactively bring their vehicles for maintenance, reducing vehicle downtime and optimizing operational efficiency," Doan stated. "We value the dedication of our technical team, whose collective efforts contribute to enhancing after-sales service quality and customer experience at VFX."

Doan emphasized that due to the unique nature of electric vehicles, the user experience must prioritize convenience and continuity, necessitating adaptive after-sales services. As the electric vehicle market expands, after-sales service becomes a critical ecosystem component. Flexible operating models, empowering users with scheduling autonomy, are expected to become a general trend in the near future.

Currently, customers can access services at VinFast 3S VFX Thu Duc (TP HCM) during these extended hours.
