Developed to enhance the customer experience, the platform focuses on three key elements: simplicity, security, and personalization. It helps customers manage daily finances conveniently. Vietbank Digital Plus aims to become an omnichannel platform where all transactions, utilities, and financial needs are integrated, synchronized, and personalized, helping users seamlessly connect with the digital financial world in a single space.

With personalization features and a flexible experience, users can customize colors, wallpapers, themes, and zodiac animal icons based on their birth year, creating a personal mark directly on the application. The interface is optimized for users of various age groups, ensuring simple, intuitive, and user-friendly operations throughout use.
The application also features a diverse ecosystem of utilities: from transfers, payments, shopping, taxi booking, movie ticket and flight booking, to bill payments. All are integrated into a single platform.
Vietbank Digital Plus manages and plans finances by tracking real-time income and expenses. It creates spending reports, offers optimal suggestions, and supports budget balancing, saving, and investing. The application also integrates Voice OTT, assisting small traders and business households in easily monitoring balance fluctuations immediately upon transactions, ensuring timely and accurate financial control.

Regarding security, the platform applies a multi-layered security system including passwords, face ID, touch ID, OTP authentication (SMS OTP and soft OTP), and biometric authentication to protect the security of all transactions. Additionally, features like Shake QR allow users to scan codes and make instant transfers from the pre-login screen with just a "slight shake", offering a unique, fast experience.
According to Mr. Vo Duy Anh Dung, Director of Retail Banking at Vietbank, with the goal of "enhancing the experience", Vietbank Digital Plus was designed from a deep understanding of customers. The bank desires that every transaction and every experience on the platform brings a sense of ease, convenience, and familiarity. Vietbank will continue to invest heavily in technology and data to personalize user experiences.

Speaking at the platform's launch event, Mr. Nguyen Huu Phuc, Deputy General Director of VNPAY, stated that digital transformation in the finance and banking sector is an essential trend and foundation for elevating customer experiences. Therefore, VNPAY has dedicated all its resources and advanced technology to implement this project with Vietbank, ensuring the highest progress, quality, and stability.
Previously, Vietbank also launched the Vietbank DigiBiz digital banking platform for corporate customers, supporting transparent and efficient financial management, operations, and cash flow. The simultaneous development of Vietbank DigiBiz and Vietbank Digital Plus demonstrates a strategic direction to build a comprehensive digital banking ecosystem, aimed at enhancing customer experience, optimizing operational processes, and increasing competitiveness amidst a financial and banking market shifting towards digitalization.
