After personal income tax, the fortunate customer stands to receive over 64,6 billion dong.
The august 13 draw also saw one winner of a secondary jackpot valued at over 3,7 billion dong. Additionally, Vietlott announced 21 winners of 40 million dong prizes, 1.255 winners of 500.000 dong prizes, and over 25.400 winners of 50.000 dong prizes.
For the upcoming draw, the main jackpot will reset to 30 billion dong, while the secondary jackpot will return to 3 billion dong.
Over its 10 years of operation, Vietlott statistics show that more than 530 customers have won billion-dong jackpot prizes from the Mega and Power products, totaling over 12.180 billion dong. Of these, approximately 130 individuals became "Vietlott billionaires" by purchasing tickets via phone (SMS), while more than 40 bought tickets from traditional agents.
Vietlott is a state-owned enterprise, with the Ministry of Finance representing 100% of its ownership. The company currently operates over 6.100 direct sales points and manages 4 million phone betting accounts.
For the first time since its initial product launch in 2016, Vietlott has set a revenue target exceeding 10.000 billion dong this year. This ambitious plan translates to average daily sales of approximately 30 billion dong, representing a nine-fold increase compared to 10 years ago.
Beyond its financial goals, Vietlott also aims to contribute nearly 2.580 billion dong to taxes and the state budget. Local budgets benefit entirely from the company's electronic lottery business revenue, receiving nearly 30% of ticket sales, which includes taxes and after-tax profit.
