Founded in 2013, Ban Mai operates in the school and industrial meal sector, currently serving tens of thousands of meals daily to numerous schools in Hanoi. This includes supplier evaluation, source document verification, raw material reception, storage, preliminary processing, cooking, and serving. To realize this strategy, Ban Mai regularly conducts field surveys in raw material regions. These visits allow the company to directly understand production processes, assess partner capabilities, and strengthen supply chain connections. This approach also helps the company refine its quality control standards and enhance traceability for raw materials used in school meals.
