Hanoi Construction Corporation (Hancorp) reported this decision to the Hanoi Stock Exchange on the morning of 1/7.
Mr. Dau Van Dien was suspended from his role as chairman of the board of directors of Hancorp from 29/6 until a replacement is appointed. Hancorp did not disclose the reason for the suspension.
Born in 1968, Mr. Dien holds a master's degree in business administration. He joined Hanoi Construction Corporation in 2014 and became chairman of the board of directors of Hancorp in 3/2021.
Mr. Nguyen Minh Cuong, a board member and deputy general director, has been assigned to temporarily take charge of Hancorp's board of directors.

Established in 1982, Hancorp is an enterprise under the Ministry of Construction. In 2014, Hancorp converted to a joint-stock company with a charter capital of more than 1,410 billion VND. Two years later, Hancorp's HAN shares were listed for trading on UPCoM.
The company operates in sectors such as real estate, construction and installation, investment, services, and industrial production. Hancorp is also one of 10 members of the Vietur consortium participating in the 35,000 billion VND tender package for the construction and equipment installation of the passenger terminal project at Long Thanh International Airport.
By 2025, Hancorp had more than 4,000 employees. Total assets at the end of 2024 reached 6,430 billion VND. Average annual revenue for the 2020-2024 period was approximately 3,500 billion VND.
