Bao Lac A hydropower plant ahead of schedule

Many important components of the Bao Lac A hydropower plant project have been completed, pushing the overall progress approximately one month ahead of schedule.

The investor's representative stated that approximately 95% of the project's construction has been completed. Key components are being implemented synchronously, ensuring progress, quality, and construction safety. Regarding equipment, the project has completed the installation of the rotor for unit one and two. On 17/5, the lowering of the rotor for unit two was successfully carried out, laying the foundation for the goal of bringing the plant into operation in 2026.

Despite challenging construction conditions, the project's ahead-of-schedule progress demonstrates PC1's effective site management capabilities, coordination among construction contractors, equipment suppliers, installers, and its proven experience in synchronously implementing complex energy project components. Crucially, it reflects the responsible, persistent, and determined work ethic of the project management staff, engineers, and workers who are tirelessly on-site to ensure the project meets its objectives.

In parallel with maintaining progress on key projects, PC1 also completed the disclosure of its Quarter I/2026 financial report and fully fulfilled its obligation to explain profit fluctuations, in accordance with listed company regulations, following the implementation of its information disclosure authorization mechanism.

"After the first three months of the year, the company maintained positive growth, reflecting the effectiveness of its core business activities, ongoing projects, and the smooth operation of the entire system", a company representative stated, affirming that the business results strengthen the confidence of shareholders, investors, partners, customers, and all employees in the group's stable, sustainable development direction.
