The Center for Science and Development Newspaper - Tia Sang has announced a request for debt reconciliation and confirmation to facilitate its dissolution.

On 14/4, the Center for Science and Development Newspaper - Tia Sang announced it is undertaking debt reconciliation and confirmation with all agencies, organizations, and individuals holding outstanding receivables, payables, or other related financial obligations as of 31/12/2025. This action aims to finalize financial accounts and transfer legal rights and obligations in accordance with current regulations.

The Center for Science and Development Newspaper - Tia Sang requests all agencies, organizations, and individuals to submit confirmation documents or related records to the following address: 10th floor, 10 Pham Van Bach, Cau Giay, Hanoi.

Due to objective circumstances, with many partner agencies and units also undergoing reorganization (merger, dissolution), the Center for Science and Development Newspaper - Tia Sang cannot send direct debt confirmation and reconciliation statements to each specific address. Therefore, this public announcement serves as an official and legal notice.

After the five-day deadline, if agencies, units, or individuals fail to reconcile or provide written feedback, the Center for Science and Development Newspaper - Tia Sang will proceed with the following procedures:

- The debt figures in the Center for Science and Development Newspaper - Tia Sang's accounting books as of 31/12/2025 will be deemed accurate and final.

- The Center for Science and Development Newspaper - Tia Sang will close its accounting books, finalize its dissolution plan, and report to superior authorities. Any complaints or feedback regarding debts arising after this deadline will not be accepted, and the entity will not bear any related legal responsibility.
