Cristiano Ronaldo invests 7,5 million USD in Pro2col Technology

Cristiano Ronaldo has invested 7,5 million USD in Pro2col Technology, acquiring a 10% stake to advance a data-driven personalized health platform with Herbalife.

Herbalife recently announced in Los Angeles, US, that Cristiano Ronaldo acquired a 10% stake in HBL Pro2col Software, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Herbalife that holds the Pro2col technology.

Pro2col is Herbalife's next-generation personalized health and wellness digital operating system. It aims to foster daily engagement, drive sustainable behavioral changes, and enable measurable outcomes through a structured, data-driven health approach.

Ronaldo's investment of 7,5 million USD, equivalent to approximately 196 billion VND, in Pro2col Software also includes a commitment to provide services and sponsorship rights. This move signifies his strategic entry into personalized health and nutrition, aligning with Herbalife's objective to develop a global data-driven health platform for users.

Herbalife has been Ronaldo's global nutrition partner since 2013, jointly promoting healthy nutrition and improved athletic performance worldwide.

"Cristiano has been a vital partner for over a decade, and his decision to acquire a stake in Pro2col marks a significant milestone in our collaboration", said Stephan Gratziani, Chief Executive Officer of Herbalife. "His investment reflects a shared belief in the power of nutrition, data, artificial intelligence, and personalized insights to drive better health outcomes, while reinforcing his confidence in Pro2col's future impact."

Pro2col supports Herbalife's long-term strategy to become a more connected, data-driven health and wellness platform. This platform integrates products, community, artificial intelligence, and digital capabilities to better serve customers globally. Herbalife has initiated a strategic, phased pilot deployment of Pro2col to gather user insights from the market, paving the way for a broader commercial release.

Currently, distributors and customers in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico can access the pilot version. The company plans to expand access to other international markets, beginning with select regions in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in 2026.
