The iCargo platform operates in a cloud environment, enabling global operational teams to access standardized processes, automation, and task management tools, thereby increasing productivity. The system also supports real-time connectivity with partners, seamless shipment data management, reduced errors, shortened processing times, and consolidated multiple systems for cost optimization. The implementation included important modules such as terminal operations, truck dock management, customs and security, and premium shipment handling.
