For EVNHCMC, brand building is linked to its mission of providing safe, continuous electricity for industrial, commercial, and residential use. In the first 9 months of this year, the corporation supplied 45,08 billion kWh of electricity, an increase of 7,8% over the same period last year. Electricity savings reached 2,81 billion kWh, equivalent to 6,25% of commercial electricity, marking an increase of 4,02% compared to 2025.
In addition to ensuring power supply, EVNHCMC continues to apply technology in managing grid operations, business, customer service, construction investment, and internal governance. These solutions aim to enhance operational efficiency, reduce task processing time, and improve service quality.
The 2020-2025 period marked a significant shift for the corporation in applying technology to its production and business activities. EVNHCMC's digital ecosystem gradually connects technical, business, customer service, and governance areas through various modern platforms such as: supervisory control and data acquisition system (SCADA), distribution management system (DMS), outage management system (OMS), geographic information system (GIS), smart electronic meters, enterprise resource planning system (ERP), business intelligence system (BI) for management, building information modeling (BIM), artificial intelligence (AI), and AI-powered cameras.

Technology application has also expanded to customer services. Currently, 100% of EVNHCMC's electricity services are provided online at level 4, while the rate of cashless electricity bill payments is nearly 100%.
The corporation also completed the installation of remote-reading electronic meters for all customers and standardized electricity meter readings to the end of each month. These changes allow users to monitor electricity consumption, proactively check bills, and make payments. Additionally, a multi-channel customer care system operates 24/7 to receive requests, feedback, and support residents.
Before expanding its management area in 2025, the corporation operated 100% of 110kV substations using an unmanned model. Also, 100% of the 22kV distribution grid was automated, monitored, and remotely controlled. All customers had electronic meters with remote data collection capabilities installed. In 2024, EVNHCMC's smart grid index ranked 41st out of 92 evaluated power companies worldwide, placing second in the ASEAN region.
From 1/7/2025, after taking over management of the power systems in the former Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau areas, EVNHCMC's management scope increased to over 6.700 km2, and the grid's scale increased more than 3,2 times. The corporation currently supplies electricity to nearly 4 million customers, with a commercial electricity output of approximately 60 billion kWh per year.
