According to the agreement, PVI Insurance Corporation and Saigon General Service Joint Stock Company (Savico) will coordinate to implement insurance solutions across Savico's showroom, dealership, and automotive service center network. This partnership seeks to connect consulting, assessment, compensation, and vehicle repair activities for a streamlined customer experience.

Specifically, insurance consulting activities will be integrated into the vehicle sales process at Savico's dealership network. Customers can learn about coverage scope, exclusion clauses, genuine repair conditions, and the deductible (the portion of costs the vehicle owner pays in the event of a loss) immediately upon purchasing a vehicle.
Insurance solutions are designed according to the needs of each customer group. First-time car buyers receive advice on benefits and guidance on the claims process. Long-term vehicle owners receive support regarding repair conditions, quality of genuine replacement parts, and service turnaround times. Meanwhile, businesses operating commercial fleets are offered financial risk control solutions, limiting vehicle downtime in the event of an incident.
A highlight of this cooperation is the automation of the claims process and data linkage between the two parties. When a loss occurs, PVI Insurance and Savico's repair facilities will coordinate to exchange information, assess damages, and agree on a resolution plan through technological applications.
This process reduces the need for customers to directly contact both the insurance company and the garage, shortening claim approval times so vehicles can return to operation sooner. Concurrently, the digitalization of operational processes and service quality management is expected to increase transparency and enhance the operational efficiency of the garage system.
In parallel, the two companies are strengthening cooperation to support customers nationwide through PVI Insurance's network of 49 member units and Savico's dealership and service center network. Should an incident occur outside the vehicle purchase location or residential area, local units from both parties will coordinate to provide timely guidance, assessment, and vehicle repair.
PVI Insurance currently has a charter capital of 5,000 billion VND, a network of 49 member units, and a nationwide customer care system. In the first 9 months of 2026, the company recorded revenue exceeding 25,000 billion VND and aims to reach 30,000 billion VND for the entire year. The company maintains an A- financial strength rating with a stable outlook, as assessed by AM Best for the 2023-2026 period.
Meanwhile, Savico operates a multi-brand automotive dealership and service system, including Toyota, Ford, Volvo, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Honda, and several commercial vehicle lines. The company's network is present in Ha Noi, Da Nang, TP HCM, Can Tho, and many other localities, serving individual and corporate customers.
According to a Savico representative, the coordination from sales to assessment, repair, and compensation helps dealerships and service centers maintain relationships with customers after vehicle handover, increasing the rate of return for genuine maintenance and repairs, and generating a stable revenue stream.
The combination of financial capacity, business network, and services of the two entities is expected to create a solid "foothold," protecting customers throughout their vehicle ownership journey.
