The ceremony took place at the 5-star InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72 hotel in Hanoi. Dr.Hai Le Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Hospital is currently organized into 8 specialized departments and rooms to ensure medical standard examination, treatment, and aesthetic surgery procedures. The departments include: subclinical, general examination, plastic and aesthetic surgery, dermatology, and surgery - anesthesia and resuscitation. The hospital also features a pharmacy department, a general planning and quality management room, and a nursing and infection control room, all of which have completed personnel consolidation and are now operational.

The department system is designed to tightly control the entire process, from examination, health checks, consultation, and pre-operative tests to surgery and post-operative care. This ensures safety standards in aesthetic plastic surgery.
