F88 wins multiple awards at Asian Banking & Finance 2025

F88 was honored in three categories at the Asian Banking & Finance Awards 2025, held on 8/7 in Singapore.

The awards included Mobile App of the Year, Social Initiative of the Year, and Sustainability Initiative of the Year.

The My F88 app was recognized for its comprehensive digitization of financial services, allowing users to perform transactions like secured loans, refinancing, and bill payments without visiting a physical branch.

Speaking at the ceremony, Pham Thanh Tung, a representative of F88, stated that the platform is part of F88's digital transformation strategy.

"We believe that digitization is not just a trend but the fastest way to bring transparent financial services to ordinary workers, small business owners, and those with limited access to banks," the F88 representative shared.

The Social Initiative of the Year award was given to the "Green Dream" program, an initiative launched by F88 in Quarter I/2024 to support disadvantaged women in starting businesses and achieving economic independence.

With the message "Give a fishing rod, not a fish," the program not only provides capital but also organizes training and business guidance. To date, Green Dream has supported many women in difficult circumstances to build livelihoods and improve their lives.

F88 received the Sustainability Initiative of the Year award for implementing ESG standards under the GRI framework and integrating sustainable development factors into its long-term operational strategy.

This is the second consecutive year F88 has been honored at the Asian Banking & Finance awards. The Singapore-based financial magazine, part of Charlton Media Group, recognizes outstanding innovation among banks and financial institutions in the Asia-Pacific region.

2025 marks F88's second consecutive win at Asian Banking & Finance, following its 2024 success with the Customer Experience Initiative of the Year award.

The F88 representative said that receiving three awards at the Asian Banking & Finance Awards 2025 recognizes the company's efforts in comprehensive digital transformation, promoting sustainable development according to GRI standards, and contributing positively to the community.

The recognition from ABF also strengthens F88's image among international investors and partners in fintech and insurtech, positioning it as a transparent, modern financial institution with a clear development strategy.

F88 is a chain of accessible financial stores, providing services such as bill payment, insurance distribution, money transfers, and secured loans. It serves customers who are ordinary workers, freelancers, and those who don't meet traditional banking criteria. F88 currently has nearly 900 stores nationwide, operating strongly in the alternative financial market segment.
