According to the company, the Yen Helen brand originated from Cam Ranh Bay (Khanh Hoa), a region renowned for swiftlet farming. All bird's nest ingredients are sourced locally and harvested from legal swiftlet house systems.
Helen Solar currently offers product lines such as: ready-to-eat bird's nest and premium canned bird's nest. The production facility features a modern assembly line, meeting international standards, and utilizes technology to maximize the retention of natural nutrients in the bird's nests. Additionally, the research and development team, comprising scientists, engineers, and skilled laborers, oversees quality control from raw materials to finished products.
During its operations, Helen Solar has achieved numerous certifications and awards in the food sector. Consumers have voted the company "High Quality Vietnamese Goods" for many consecutive years, and it holds FDA certification from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for products meeting regulatory requirements.
Furthermore, the company has obtained Halal certification, adhering to standards for ingredients, production processes, and traceability. This facilitates expanded distribution in markets with large Muslim populations, including the Middle East.
A Helen Solar representative affirmed the company's continued investment in product quality, production technology, and sustainable development to meet the increasing demands of domestic and international consumers.
