The competition, organized by Honda Vietnam, launched in 2/2026, attracting over 500 product consultants and more than 100 internal trainers from Honda oto distributors nationwide.

After theoretical preliminary and semi-final rounds, 20 teams advanced to the final, each comprising one product consultant and one internal trainer. Honda Vietnam designed the competition with diverse segments, allowing contestants to demonstrate their expertise and practical skills related to Honda oto models, sales processes, hybrid technology, and the company's value chain.

After a day of competition, the judging panel honored outstanding individuals and distributors across three categories. In the product consultant category, three contestants achieved first, second, and third prizes respectively: Do Trong Tung (Tay Ho), Le Truong Khanh (Da Nang – Cam Le), and Phan Thi Thuy Trang (Binh Duong – Thuan An).

The "Internal Trainer" category honored three contestants, who achieved first, second, and third prizes respectively: Phung Thi Hai Yen (Tay Ho), Bui Minh Nhat (Da Nang – Cam Le), and Do Trung Nguyen (Ha Noi – My Dinh).

The "Excellent Distributor" category honored Honda oto Tay Ho (Champion), Honda oto Da Nang – Cam Le (first runner-up), and Honda oto Ha Noi – My Dinh (second runner-up).

A representative of the organizing committee stated that through this competition, Honda Vietnam aims to enhance service quality across its national dealership network and improve customer experience. "With thorough preparation and dedicated staff, Honda Vietnam continues to affirm its position and customer trust," the company representative added.
