J&T Express introduces five shipping solutions for individual customers

The solutions include a mini app on Zalo, hotline, website, Facebook fanpage, and Smartbox lockers, helping senders save time and be more proactive with each step.

According to Nguyen Binh Phuong Thi, a homemaker in Lam Dong, she monthly sends food and essential items to her son studying away from home. For someone not tech-savvy like her, J&T Express's quick order creation feature on Zalo is very convenient. "I do not need to log in or create an account; sending packages is now much easier and more convenient," she stated.

Among the solutions J&T Express is deploying, the mini app on the Zalo platform is one of the most preferred utilities by many users. With three steps: accessing the mini app, creating an order, and confirming information, customers can complete shipping directly within the Zalo ecosystem without downloading an additional application. Integrating the service into this popular messaging platform helps users, especially middle-aged customers unfamiliar with technology, easily access and use the delivery and reception services.

The mini app solution on Zalo is developed to suit individual customers who do not frequently send packages.

Additionally, the company also offers the option to place orders via hotline 1900 1088 (key one). This solution suits customers who prefer convenience, do not want to operate online, or need quick support, including elderly people. With just one call, a call center agent will receive information, assist in creating an order, and coordinate delivery personnel to the location.

To help users be more proactive in order management, J&T Express also provides other utility options through its Facebook fanpage and website. Directly on the homepage, users can enter sender information, recipient information, package details, and click "create order" to complete it without needing to log in or create an account as before. If operating via Facebook, simply clicking "register" allows for order creation. The user-friendly interface, optimized for both computers and phones, ensures a seamless experience across all platforms.

Nguyen Quynh Huong, an office worker in TP HCM, highly appreciates J&T Express's flexible shipping features, especially for those who do not frequently send packages. She needed to send a smartphone to her family in her hometown. With just a few simple steps, she could complete the order creation and track the shipment directly on the website. Notably, she could create an order from anywhere, without needing to travel to a service point, install an account, or an application, taking only a few minutes to fill in basic information.

Beyond simplifying the shipping process, this logistics provider also focuses on enhancing the receiving experience. The 24/7 Smartbox locker system, deployed in many provinces and cities, allows customers to retrieve parcels at any time, without waiting for a delivery person. With a smart design, easy-to-use operations, and continuous functionality, Smartbox is suitable for office workers, individuals with flexible schedules, or those often absent from home during delivery hours.

Furthermore, J&T Express has developed a nationwide network of service points, extending from major cities to remote areas. This ensures that residents across all regions can access fast, synchronized express delivery services, helping to bridge the gap between urban and rural areas.
