This investment will fund the construction of a regional headquarters spanning approximately 92,900 square meters, along with a motorcycle assembly line and an export center. The complex will serve as Legend Motors' main base for vehicle warehousing, preparation, distribution, and after-sales services.
The project will be implemented in two phases. By 4/2026, the export center is expected to have a capacity of 5,000 vehicles. The subsequent phase will expand it into a multi-story facility, capable of handling over 20,000 vehicles by 1/2028.
"Establishing our new headquarters and logistics complex in Jafza is a strategic move in our global expansion plan", said Nagaraj Ponnada, General Director of Legend Motors. "This center will strengthen our distribution network, enhance operational efficiency, and support safe, sustainable solutions for our next growth phase".

The logistics complex will utilize solar power to reduce energy consumption by up to 15%, while implementing advanced automation systems for vehicle management and logistics. When fully operational, the facility can manage over 120,000 vehicles annually, according to Legend Holding.
"Legend Holding Group's investment strengthens the development of a fully integrated automotive ecosystem in Dubai", commented Abdulla Al Hashmi, Chief Operating Officer of Parks and Economic Zones at DP World GCC.
Jafza is a free zone wholly owned and operated by DP World. "With an expanding mobility cluster and the Dubai Auto Market emerging as one of the world's largest automotive trade hubs, Dubai is building infrastructure for global-scale production, distribution, and export", Al Hashmi added.
Legend Holding's project is expected to contribute positively to Jafza's automotive cluster, which currently hosts over 940 businesses. It will also benefit from direct connectivity to seaports and multimodal logistics systems.
Legend Holding Group is a conglomerate operating in the automotive and logistics sectors, owning Legend Motors, a unit specializing in vehicle warehousing, distribution, export, and after-sales services. The group is expanding its presence in the Middle East and international markets, focusing on modern, efficient, and sustainable logistics solutions.
