MB supports business households in adapting to new tax regulations

MB introduces a suite of digital financial solutions to help business households manage cash flow, make payments, reconcile transactions, and access capital at a workshop organized by the Tax Department.

The suite of solutions was introduced by Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB) at the workshop "Important regulations for implementing new tax policies," organized by the Tax Department in collaboration with the Government Information and Communications Department, on 20/7, in Hanoi. The program focused on updating new regulations on tax and electronic invoices for e-commerce and omnichannel sales activities, targeting business households and enterprises nationwide.

At the workshop, Pham Thi Mai Anh, Deputy Director of MB's Digital Banking Division, noted that implementing new tax regulations presents challenges for business households in adapting to requirements for declaration, invoice and document management, and cash flow transparency. However, she added, this also serves as an opportunity for business households to gradually enhance management capabilities, standardize business operations, and accelerate digital transformation.

As the sole bank participating in the workshop, MB introduced its "Buon ban an tam" (peaceful business) digital financial solution. This solution aims to help business households manage cash flow, optimize operations, and meet the requirements of new policies.

The core of this solution suite is a free cash flow management tool. It enables users to centrally manage their sales transaction history, look up and export online statements for up to 12 months, and monitor real-time revenue. This empowers business owners to easily reconcile transactions and proactively prepare information for tax declarations and obligations.

The bank also launched a "5 Noes" preferential program, designed to reduce operating costs for business households. This program includes: no lifetime fees, no hidden fees, no minimum balance requirement, no application time limit, and no customer quantity limit.

"We believe that applying technology and data to business operations will help business households adapt to tax policy changes, creating a foundation to enhance competitiveness, expand access to finance, and foster sustainable long-term development," Ms. Mai Anh emphasized.

Within the framework of the workshop, representatives from regulatory agencies, experts, and businesses also discussed and addressed various topics related to implementing new tax and electronic invoice regulations. They also shared experiences on applying technology in managing business operations and e-commerce.
