MISA assigned strategic digital technology leadership for AI agent

At VFTE 2025, MISA group was assigned the task of developing an AI agent to support tens of thousands of businesses and household businesses in self-operation, on 30/12.

At the Vietnam National Digital Technology Enterprise Development Forum 2025 (VFTE 2025), MISA was assigned the development of an AI agent digital human resources platform. This platform aims to enable 30,000 businesses and household businesses to operate autonomously 24/7. MISA was also recognized as one of the top 7 outstanding enterprises for its contributions to the "Make in Viet Nam" initiative.

VFTE 2025, themed "Innovate in Vietnam, Made in Vietnam to Lead", was organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology. The event saw the participation of Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung and Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Manh Hung, alongside leaders from various ministries, sectors, organizations, and digital technology enterprises across the country.

In developing the AI agent system, MISA aims to accelerate the shift towards self-operating models, boosting productivity and optimizing efficiency. This initiative is expected to enhance service quality on a large scale, contributing to Vietnam's digital economy. The group has invested significantly in artificial intelligence, ranging from Vietnamese language models to AI agent platforms and AI-powered robots. MISA's solutions are designed to deliver practical value for businesses, government agencies, and society. Furthermore, the group is strengthening its capacity to develop a product ecosystem aligned with international standards, supporting national digital transformation programs.

During the Make in Viet Nam 2025 Digital Technology Product Awards Ceremony, MISA eShop sales management software secured a Bronze award in the Finance - Banking - Commerce - Services category. MISA eShop facilitates omnichannel sales management, from online to offline, streamlining processes for businesses of all sizes.

This strategic assignment at VFTE 2025, coupled with the Make in Viet Nam award, solidifies MISA's standing within Vietnam's digital technology ecosystem. It acknowledges MISA's sustained commitment to achieving national digital transformation goals.
