At the Vietnam National Digital Technology Enterprise Development Forum 2025 (VFTE 2025), MISA was assigned the development of an AI agent digital human resources platform. This platform aims to enable 30,000 businesses and household businesses to operate autonomously 24/7. MISA was also recognized as one of the top 7 outstanding enterprises for its contributions to the "Make in Viet Nam" initiative.

VFTE 2025, themed "Innovate in Vietnam, Made in Vietnam to Lead", was organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology. The event saw the participation of Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung and Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Manh Hung, alongside leaders from various ministries, sectors, organizations, and digital technology enterprises across the country.
In developing the AI agent system, MISA aims to accelerate the shift towards self-operating models, boosting productivity and optimizing efficiency. This initiative is expected to enhance service quality on a large scale, contributing to Vietnam's digital economy. The group has invested significantly in artificial intelligence, ranging from Vietnamese language models to AI agent platforms and AI-powered robots. MISA's solutions are designed to deliver practical value for businesses, government agencies, and society. Furthermore, the group is strengthening its capacity to develop a product ecosystem aligned with international standards, supporting national digital transformation programs.
