MobiFone leverages human resource mindset innovation as a development driver for each stage

As it transitions from a traditional telecommunications carrier to a technology enterprise, MobiFone innovates its human resource mindset to create a breakthrough competitive advantage.

MobiFone is undergoing a comprehensive management model innovation, a crucial step as Vietnam accelerates digital transformation and digital economy development. This shift positions human resource mindset innovation as a central, overarching mission, forming the foundation for its transition from a traditional telecommunications company to a technology enterprise. "Instead of viewing human resources as merely an operational asset, we are adopting an approach where people are the core driving force for creating new value, placing competence and an innovative spirit at the heart of all our activities," a MobiFone representative stated.

This change in mindset is materialized through the official launch of the Recruitment and Co-creation website at tuyendung.mobifone.vn and the "MobiFone Careers" Fanpage. A MobiFone representative explained that these are more than just technical tools; they represent a digitalized, modern, and expanded human resource management model. The recruitment process now focuses on attracting skilled individuals who are ready to contribute to the corporation's transformation, moving beyond merely filling vacancies. Human resource utilization and development are also closely tied to strategic objectives and tangible outcomes, fostering an environment where employees can take a proactive role.

The new website system comprises two core subsystems designed to significantly support resource management. The first subsystem functions as a digital recruitment center, centralizing information on job positions, standards, and benefits. This tool enables close monitoring of application processing and selection results, enhancing transparency, professionalism, and efficiency in candidate interactions. This initiative is considered a crucial step towards standardizing recruitment processes to align with international technology enterprise standards.

Notably, the second subsystem, the open co-creation platform, is the clearest demonstration of MobiFone's innovative mindset. This open space allows the company to gather initiatives, feedback, and solution proposals not only from internal employees but also from experts, partners, and the broader technology and telecommunications community. This approach leverages collective intelligence to continuously improve operations and develop new products that meet market demands.

Complementing the website, the "MobiFone Careers" Fanpage serves as an official interactive channel, providing updates on the actual work environment and professional insights. By sharing key projects and team experiences, this communication channel promotes the "new MobiFone" spirit: discipline, breakthroughs, innovation, solidarity, and efficiency. This strategy aims to build a reputable employer brand, attracting outstanding technology talent to join the corporation's ecosystem.

MobiFone leadership emphasized that focusing on areas like 5G networks, data centers, and digital platforms necessitates a workforce possessing both high professional qualifications and strong political acumen, alongside disciplinary responsibility. "The quality of human resources directly determines the effectiveness of implementing national strategic tasks," a MobiFone representative shared. "In this new development stage, the company seeks dedicated collaboration and feedback from the community to continuously improve its capacity to carry out political and economic tasks."

The innovation in human resource mindset, coupled with digital platforms, is expected to enable MobiFone to fulfill its mission as a key State-owned enterprise. This initiative not only prepares the company for its growth objectives but also makes a practical contribution to building national digital infrastructure, a digital ecosystem, and information security in the new era.
