Moc Chau Creamery has achieved a significant milestone, earning certification from the US-based Clean Label Project. This recognition comes after the company successfully navigated over 400 stringent inspection criteria, underscoring its commitment to product safety and purity. The brand aims to provide customers with absolute peace of mind through transparent ingredient verification, acknowledging the consumer demand for honesty in today's market.
To achieve pure safety, Moc Chau Creamery developed a closed, single-source value chain. The company meticulously manages every stage, from its dairy herd and feed sources to its production system and high-tech inspection. Products undergo two evaluations and 22 specialized standards before reaching consumers. Each process is digitized and operated with precision, ensuring consistency in every drop of finished milk.

A brand representative stated that Moc Chau Creamery earned the certification by meeting over 400 comprehensive evaluation criteria at an independent laboratory. These criteria cover product quality and production conditions, including product testing, ingredient disclosure, and raw material hazard assessments. The standards are based on rigorous global benchmarks such as California's Proposition 65 and European Union (EU) food regulations. Notably, many Clean Label Project safety criteria have control thresholds 3 to 125 times higher than typical requirements.
The company also tightened chemical safety checkpoints to eliminate contamination risks from packaging materials like BPA and BPS. Furthermore, Moc Chau Creamery passed testing to screen for heavy metals such as lead, mercury, and arsenic, and to filter for residues of 112 pesticide active ingredients at trace levels (parts per billion). Embracing a natural philosophy, the products are guaranteed free of antibiotic residues, protecting consumers from harmful agents long-term.

This international certification underscores three core brand values: absolute transparency, an uncompromising approach to health risks, and building trust in international quality. The brand representative emphasized that the Clean Label Project certification applies consistently across four strategic products: pasteurized fresh milk (sweetened, low-sugar, coconut flavor) and pure ultra-high-temperature (UHT) fresh milk.
The Moc Chau Creamery representative stated the primary goal for this product line is ingredient transparency to offer customers complete peace of mind. "In an era where consumers demand the highest honesty, self-labeling as clean is no longer sufficient," the representative said, "We proactively participate in the rigorous testing of Clean Label Project—a reputable international organization for product quality and safety."
