NCB develops tailored financial solutions for SME groups

NCB offers free digital banking transactions, increases credit limits, and designs service packages tailored to specific business sectors, helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) optimize operations and cash flow.

Specifically, with the NCB ZeroBiz package, the bank provides businesses with mostly free transactions on the IziBankbiz digital banking platform, which includes the IziMobiz mobile application and Internet Banking. This allows companies to transfer funds within and outside the system, manage accounts, and conduct transactions up to 50 billion VND daily without incurring fees.

All financial activities, such as fund transfers, payroll processing, supplier payments, and deposit management, can be performed directly on the digital banking platform. Additionally, recurring transactions like payroll or scheduled payments can be automated, significantly reducing manual workload for accounting departments.

Businesses can also open new deposits, close existing ones, or make partial withdrawals directly through the application. Customers using the ZeroBiz package receive an additional 1,5% interest rate when opening a new deposit contract.

Furthermore, NCB enables businesses to process online guarantees directly via IziBankbiz, from submitting requests and tracking status to receiving scanned copies of guarantee letters. This digitalized process shortens processing times and enhances the ability to seize business opportunities.

Tailored solutions for specific business models

Beyond general services, NCB develops solution packages tailored to specific sectors. For import-export businesses, the NCB GlobalTrade package offers free international transfers, including swift fees and OUR fees, which reduces cross-border transaction costs, supports cash flow management, and mitigates the impact of exchange rate fluctuations.

For construction businesses, characterized by large cash flows, high payment frequency, and the need for rapid transaction processing, NCB has specifically designed the NCB BuildFlow package. This package increases the daily transfer limit to 100 billion VND and includes an unlimited free payroll policy. These benefits are expected to help businesses ensure timely payments, maintain construction schedules, and minimize operational disruptions. Additionally, these businesses receive a premium 8-digit account number, creating a distinct identity in transactions and facilitating ease of use.

To support the development of the tourism industry, NCB offers integrated financial solutions and a policy of entirely free account services, from payment account management to deposit, cash, and transfer transactions. These are specifically for businesses operating in leisure tourism, resorts, and construction contractors within strategic partner ecosystems. The bank also provides overdraft limits up to 3 billion VND without requiring collateral, and implements a flexible daily deposit feature, giving businesses more tools to allocate and utilize cash flow more effectively.

A bank representative stated that these solution packages are expected to serve as "financial assistants," helping businesses simplify financial operations, increase access to capital, and optimize costs. In the coming period, NCB plans to further enhance its product ecosystem, accelerate technology application, and expand partnerships to boost competitiveness and add value for the business community, aiming for breakthrough and sustainable growth.
