PVI insurance expands 24/7 roadside assistance benefits for vehicles over 700 million VND

PVI insurance extends PVI - RSA "breakdown and accident" 24/7 emergency roadside assistance benefits to customers purchasing physical damage insurance for vehicles valued over 700 million VND, effective from 1/4.

The insurance policy covers situations such as technical malfunctions, accidents, vehicle fires, running out of fuel, or lost keys. Services include on-site assistance, vehicle towing, tire changes, battery jump-starts, and technical consultation throughout the vehicle's use.

The program offers unlimited liability coverage and technical consultation for the entire insurance period. Customers can utilize up to 5 roadside assistance calls and 5 towing services annually. Within a 50 km radius, car owners receive free vehicle recovery services, assistance with retrieving spare keys, and complimentary delivery of 5 liters of fuel to reach the nearest service station (fuel costs are borne by the customer).

If an incident occurs 100 km away from the policyholder's residence, customers also receive support for accommodation and transportation arrangements, minimizing travel disruptions during trips.

The service is available for passenger cars with up to 9 seats, valued over 700 million VND, and not older than 10 years. Eligible vehicles include: private passenger cars and passenger cars operating under service contracts. The program does not apply to taxis, self-drive rental cars, sleeper buses, inter-provincial or intra-provincial passenger transport buses operating fixed routes, or regular buses. The program has a 12-month term, running from 1/4 to 31/12.

According to a PVI Insurance representative, expanding the PVI - RSA emergency roadside assistance benefits helps car owners mitigate financial risks and enhances their readiness for on-road incidents. This initiative is part of a strategy to increase the value of motor vehicle insurance products, aiming to provide comprehensive support solutions and improve service quality in the automotive insurance sector.
