Viettel Construction leads infrastructure and industrial construction contractor group

Viettel Construction leads the top 10 reputable infrastructure and industrial construction contractors ranking for 2026, announced by Vietnam Report on 23/4.

The ranking is based on multi-dimensional criteria, including financial capacity, media reputation, and surveys of businesses and industry experts. Overall reputation plays an increasingly important role, especially as the construction market enters a strong selection phase.

Rising from the third position in the 2025 ranking, Viettel Construction secured the first position after one year. This achievement reflects a significant shift in the competitive landscape of the infrastructure and industrial construction industry.

According to a company representative, this leading position highlights three key strengths of Viettel Construction: stable financial growth, the capability to execute large-scale projects, and extensive brand coverage.

In 2025, the company achieved a record high revenue of 14,058 billion dong and an after-tax profit of 745 billion dong. This performance enabled the business to sustain two-digit growth and surpass its targets.

A Viettel Construction representative attributed this success to its strategic transition from a traditional telecom contractor to a multi-field infrastructure general contractor. Beyond its core business, the company expanded into civil and industrial construction, energy infrastructure, and integrated solutions, boosting profit margins and enhancing competitiveness.

"Amidst financial and profit margin pressures faced by many construction businesses, Viettel Construction's origins in the telecom sector offer distinct advantages in management, technology, and operating models. This unique background also enables Viettel Construction to differentiate itself from traditional contractors," a company representative stated.

This achievement also imposes higher demands on the company's execution capabilities and quality standards for the upcoming period. Viettel Construction anticipates that its general contractor expertise and comprehensive service ecosystem will serve as a sustainable long-term advantage.
