NTPM Vietnam innovates tissue product appearance after 12 years

The company changes packaging to clarify the features of each distinct tissue line, suiting different customer needs.

After more than a decade in the Vietnamese market, NTPM Vietnam, a member of NTPM Holding Malaysia and owner of the Premier brand, has announced a new strategic step: changing the packaging for its VinaTissue and VinaRoll product lines. This initiative aims to reposition the brand and highlight the specialized features of each product.

According to a company representative, consumers often use one type of paper for many different purposes, leading to inefficient use. NTPM aims to change this habit by developing separate product lines tailored to specific needs, thereby demonstrating an innovative mindset and continuous improvement.

The new design emphasizes a scientific classification of images and product information, helping customers easily distinguish and choose products based on their individual requirements.

While VinaRoll packaging highlights "clean, safe, and convenient" applications with icons denoting durability and good absorbency for bathrooms or kitchens, VinaTissue packaging emphasizes "soft, safe, and convenient" characteristics.

The VinaRoll product line is designed for hygiene and kitchen areas, featuring a three-layer durable structure that offers absorbency for both grease and water. This product is specifically designed for areas requiring high cleanliness, capable of handling stains without leaving paper residue.

VinaTissue, conversely, targets personal care. It features a flexible structure from one to four layers, providing pleasant softness and ensuring safety. The product serves daily needs, such as wiping faces or mouths, where direct skin contact occurs. With diverse lines including silk tissues, napkins, multi-purpose pull-out tissues, and wall-mounted tissues, VinaTissue is suitable for common living spaces like living rooms or dining areas, enhancing care quality and convenience in family life.

The company also retains the distinctive identifiers that have built its brand: from the blue of the sea and small island imagery of VinaTissue to the characteristic orange and soft tulip image of VinaRoll. These symbols have been associated with NTPM for a long time, fostering familiarity with customers.

A company representative stated that NTPM Vietnam benefits from the technological backing and quality standards of its parent group in Malaysia. It operates a modern production line, using entirely virgin pulp free from bleaching chemicals, to ensure consumer health while prioritizing customer experience.

In addition to the two newly packaged product lines, NTPM continues to offer Premier tissues, which represent its premium segment. With a three-layer ultra-soft, durable, and safe structure suitable for sensitive skin, Premier is expected to elevate the user experience for customers.

Beyond its own branded products, NTPM also serves as a strategic partner, providing OEM (original equipment manufacturer) paper solutions for leading retail systems such as Co.opMart, Go!, Lotte, Aeon, and Pharmacity. Meeting the inspection standards of these major international and domestic retail players clearly demonstrates the company's production capacity and commitment to quality.

Operating in Vietnam since 2013 with 100% foreign investment, NTPM Vietnam continuously invests in modern technology to fulfill its mission of becoming a large-scale manufacturer. This transformation of the VinaTissue and VinaRoll brands marks a significant milestone, evolving NTPM from a consumer product supplier into a symbol of delicate care and reliability for Vietnamese customers.
