The new facility, located at 5 Jalan Samulan, Singapore, replaces an older yard in Tuas Crescent. Spanning 17,26 hectares, it features two dry docks and one floating dock, capable of receiving large vessels, along with three berths totaling 1,250 m in length.
The inauguration ceremony took place on 7/2, with Murali Pillai, Senior Minister of State for Law and Transport of Singapore, in attendance.

According to Pax Ocean, the 5 Jalan Samulan shipyard is designed for new construction, structural fabrication, conversion, and vessel repair. This facility also includes an innovation center aimed at connecting maritime experts, technology partners, and young talent.
Tan Thai Yong, Chief Executive Officer of Pax Ocean, stated that this investment reflects the company's long-term commitment to strengthening Singapore's position as a leading global maritime and offshore hub.
The new Singapore shipyard is one of Pax Ocean's five facilities operating across Singapore, China, and Indonesia. The company is also developing an additional maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) facility in Saudi Arabia.
