The appointment takes effect on 5/2. Pham Thanh Thuy assumes the chairman position, succeeding Nguyen Thanh Duong, who resigned due to personal reasons. Previously, Thuy served as the company's chief executive officer.
Thuy is a graduate of the University of Foreign Trade, specializing in foreign economics. She brings 12 years of experience from Vingroup, where she held various leadership roles across different companies within the group's ecosystem. She also previously served as the chief executive officer of VinFast North America.

V-Green was founded in 2024 by Pham Nhat Vuong, chairman of Vingroup and the wealthiest individual in Vietnam, who holds a 90% stake in the company. Its current charter capital stands at 3,500 billion VND.
The company operates independently as a partner developing a global charging station network for VinFast. In Vietnam, Pham Nhat Vuong's enterprise has secured a leading market share in this sector.
To date, V-Green has deployed 4,500 electric motorcycle battery swap stations, with plans to increase this number tenfold by the end of the first Quarter of this year. Beyond Vietnam, the company also operates electric charging infrastructure in Indonesia, the Philippines, and India.
